  • Charges $0.01 –$900 will incur a $17 fee
  • Charges $900 – $1,250 will incur a $27 fee
  • $1,250 – $3,000 will incur a $37 fee
You may also make online payments via E-Check/ACH. No fees apply.

Electronic Cash (E-Cash) is also a rental payment option, if you do not already have a pay slip provided by the office for this payment option you may email info@elitaliving.com to request one. There is a $4.00 fee and a maximum $1,500 may be paid per transaction.
